Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery to the United States and Canada is approximately 8–16 days, depending on the product and fulfillment location. Some orders may arrive sooner when faster shipping is available. Delivery times to other destinations may vary. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during processing, holidays, or transit.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada, with no minimum purchase required. For other eligible destinations, shipping availability and fees are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Track Your Order

Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment.

Delays & Delivery Support

Holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, and carrier disruptions can occasionally affect delivery.

If your package is delayed or tracking has stopped updating, email petmaviestore@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help check its status and investigate with the carrier.

Address Changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update it before fulfillment begins. Changes may not be possible once your order has been processed or shipped.

International Orders

Depending on your destination, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
